Layout I did this weekend

I've been wanting to do this layout for quite awhile and asked Emma some questions back in February. But when I went to create the layout, I realized I didn't have any pictures of the two of us so I used two that were taken on Easter Sunday at Patty and Todd's house. I think I'm going to try to do this every year and ask the same questions to see how Emma's answers change. I want to do the same thing with Paige and hopefully Jace too!

Ed's Birthday Dinner

The kids make fun of us because we go out to dinner so early but we love it because we don't need to deal with all the crowds. We normally just sit at the bar when it's the two of us. We develop a relationship with the bartender(s) and get great service. We were going to go to P.F. Chang's but decided on Redstone American Grill. It was awesome. We started with calamari (which was made unlike any I've had before) and then we both had a petite filet with a horseradish crust. Then for dessert we had Banana Cream Pie which wasn't really a pie but it was TO DIE FOR! I took my crappy Sony Cyber Shot and didn't get any good pictures but here are the best ones!

Go Eagles

Are you ready for some football? The team looked great in last night's pre-season game against The Patriots. I don't know how I became so obsessed with this team and game but Brian Westbrook is what started this obsession. Ed would have the game on every week and I'd ocassionally walk by to see the score, but never really sat and watched. Then one Sunday a few weeks after Westbrook started with The Eagles, I passed by and saw this little (well little in football terms) guy doing this incredible run down the field. He stopped me in my tracks, I sat down to watch some more and have watched every single game since them! GOOOOOOOOO EAGLES!

Who me - start a blog? Ed's 60th birthday!

I can't believe I'm going to try this but I figure it's time to join the rest of the scrapping world and start a blog. Today is Ed's 60th birthday (and in only 3 short months I'll be joining him). The plan for the day is to hang around the house in the morning and early afternoon and then head out for an early dinner. Hopefully we can go to P.F. Chang's because it is the "hot" spot just opening in the newly rennovated Plymouth Meeting Mall. Happy Birthday Sweetie
