Use Your Stuff - Week April 24th

This week is my first time hosting a challenge at Use Your Stuff.  My challenge is to use circles on your project  There are so many options for creating circles - hand drawn, stitched, punched, die cuts, or cut files to name a few. I've used a cut file from Paper Issues and backed each circle with a piece of patterned paper from the Fancy Pants Joy Parade 6x6 paper pad. This photo is of me with my daughters, Stacie and Andrea and granddaughter, Emma.

Use Your Stuff - my first challenge

I am so excited to become a member of the Use Your Stuff Design Team.  There are so many fun challenges every month.  My first challenge as a team member is to use flowers.  I used lots of different types of flowers:  rub-on flowers, die-cut flowers, little planner paper flowers and even some of the sequins are flowers.

Here are some close ups of the flowers I used.

April Sketches in Thyme Reveal Sketch #271

Today I am sharing this fabulous sketch by Brenshevia and my take on the sketch.  I used a chevron cut file and backed them with a piece of pretty Pink Paislee patterned paper.  These lovelies are my granddaughter, Paige and her cheer buddies.

A Cherry on Top April Challenge

This month the ACOT hostesses decided to play an April Fool's joke on the members and switch the challenges we normally host.  So instead of the Manufacturer Challenge, I am hosting the Cherry Lift Challenge.  I decided to lift the fabulous StacyLee who normally hosts the Cherry Lift Challenge. I used lots of Fancy Pants and Prima.

Here is my layout:

And this is Stacy's layout that I lifted.:
