Sketches in Thyme Sketch #279

Today is my reveal of the fantastic sketch by Bev Code.  These photos were taken several years ago when Emma and Paige would come to our house and go upstairs and dig stuff out of the closet and play dress up. This day they were playing "office" and they were so serious about their jobs.

 

I used the October 2016 Hip Kit Club Main Kit and Embellishment Kits for my layout.

Use Your Stuff Challenge #265 - Bohemian Rhapsody

This one had me a little stumped what I wanted to create but I went with Crate Paper Cook Kid papers and embellishments, a Donna Downey stencil, Art Basics Light Paste and three different Heidi Swappe Color Shine mists.  The photos are Cole and Carter each enjoying a yummy donut.

Use Your Stuff - May 8th

I am up on the Use Your Stuff Blog today.  The challenge is to use feathers.  I used a stencil and light paste to create feathers and then used water colors to paint them.  This was way out of my comfort zone but I like how they turned out.  I used Fancy Pants Attwell on my page.

Happy Day after iNSD

Wow - there was so much fun going on yesterday for Inter-National Scrapbook Day.  I along with 9 other Cherries were hostesses on A Cherry on Top.  We had so much fun providing challenges, games and lots of chatting.  Most of the challenges are due 5/12 or 5/13 so there is still time to participate and win sprinkles (points) to use in the ACOT Store.  I hosted a Dinner Menu Challenge (details on the ACOT site) and this was my sample.

I can't believe it is May already and only two days before Inter-National Scrapbook Day.  Today, my layout was revealed on Sketches in Thyme.  I loved this sketch designed by Sara Scraps.
