Happy National Scrapbook Day at Sketch N Scrap

My favorite holiday of the year is finally here!!  My hubby knows not go bother me on this special day.  We are celebrating NSD at Sketch N Scrap by starting out with this fantastic sketch.  We have lots of fun activities planned for the entire month so please check back often so you don't miss out on any of excitment!

I used Pebbles Lovely Moments and hand stitching for my layout.  Hand stitchng sees to take forever but it certainly looks fantastic (if I do say so myself - LOL).

Sketch N Scrap May 1st Sketch

Welcome to a new month of Quarantine!!  I had bought this Echo Park Easter collection a few months ago planning to scrap some Easter 2020 photos.  That obviously didn't happen so I dug out a picture of our granddaughter, Paige from several years ago (she is now 17 and a senior in high school).  This sketch by Lisa Hidy was perfect for my photo.

Scrap Our Stash - April Sketch Challenge

Welcome to the April Scrap Our Stash Sketch Challenge.  It's a great sketch and the only requirement is to use floral patterned paper and a butterfly.  I used all scraps for this layout.  The only new item I used was the Nuvo Dream Drops to make my circle.

Sketch N Scrap Sketch #199

Hello Sketch N Scrap fans!!  I am on the SNS Facebook group with my layout using this fabulous sketch by Heather Hall. The last time my hubby and I were out among the public before this self quarantine, we went to New Castle DE so he could have lunch with former co-workers and I could walk aroud this charming town and take lots of photos.

Paige Evan's Cut File

My daughter and her boyfriend have been working from their Delaware beach home for several weeks.  She posted this picture on Facebook on April 2nd showing their little dog, Dolly "working from home".  I had downloaded this cut file and knew right away that I would be using this photo.  I used Vick Boutin Color Kaleidoscope Papers and embelishments along with a One Canoe camera.
I thought the days of the week puffy sticker at the bottom as perfect since each day feels like a week.

   

Scrap Our Stash April What's My Challenge

We have such a fun challenge for you this month at Scrap Our Stash.  I used the "hurt emoji" and this photo of our youngest grandson, Cole.  He and his older brother are always getting hurt in some ways.  I guess that's what happens when you have two very active grandsons!!

I use Vicki Boutin Foundations Paper and her Art Crayons with a masking technqiue using washi tape.  My papers and accents are from Simple Stories and Echo Park.
