A few weeks ago, our granddaughter, Paige flew to Alaska to be a bridesmaid at one of her college friend's wedding. Her boyfriend, Jack met her there and you can see by the photos, they had a great time!! This was the perfect sketch to use. Please join us at Sketch N Scrap

This was the perfect sketch for photos of my daughter's recent elopement using 49 and Market "One Perfect Day".
We have another great card sketch at Sketch N Scrap. I made a birthday card for a very dear friend who loves homemade cards.
It's been pretty chilly in our area, but I have hope that we will soon have warmer weather which means beach time. These photos are from a few years ago - my daughter, her now hubby and their two pups.
I used multiple manufacturers Heidi Swapp, Pink Paislee and Stamperia.
We have another great card sketch today at Sketch N Scrap
May is a scrapbooker's delight! In addition to National Scrapbook Day (NSD) we also have a month's long Birthday Bash at Sketch N Scrap and we will have a wide variety of sketches on the blog and on our Facebook group. For the May 1st sketch on the blog we have this sketch and my interpretation of the sketch. With all the new collections coming out, I am trying to use some of my older stash to make room for the new stuff coming my way. I have used Sassafras Lass, Scenic Route, Little Yellow Bicycle and My Mind's Eye.
We have a beautiful sketch by Lisa Hidy this month and I hope you come play along with us at Sketch N Scrap.
Welcome to April 1st and this is no April Fool's Day joke. We've got a great sketch for you at Sketch N Scrap. I hope you come join us!
I love this week's card sketch - perfect for Spring or Easter. I used scraps from two different Echo Park collections. We also have a fun twist for you to use on your card.
At Sketch N Scrap we have another fabulous sketch with a fun twist.

And finally, here is my take on the challenge:
I used green paper and rainbow from Cocoa Vanilla Studio, polka dot paper from an old Pink Paislee collection, a tag I cut from other Cocoa Vanilla Studio paper and my sign of sprig is the pretty butterfly from CVS.
We have a perfect Valentine's card sketch for you at Sketch N Scrap. And we have a fun twist for you, too.

This year we are having some fun different things happening at Sketch N Scrap starting with January, 2025.
January 5th card sketch: TWIST: SHINY & NEW: create a card using the sketch and add something “shiny” to make it look sparkly and new such as sequins, glitter paper etc!
I used Vicki Boutin sparkly goodies from Vicki Boutin.
We are switching it up a bit in 2025. There will still be amazing sketches, but we'll have some fun surprises.
TWIST: MIX IT UP- using the sketch create a layout with a mix of old and new by using one or more papers that are over 3 years old on your layout with an embellishment that is new (a year old or less) OR use an embellishment over 3 years old and at least one or more papers that are new (a year old or less)
Here is the sketch:
And here is my take on the sketch using new papers (49 and Market) and older puffy embellishments from Pinkfresh Studio and Pebbles.
