I loved this sketch from Creative Scrappers and jumped on the chance to use this sweet photo of Emma from several years ago. I used an older Hip Kit Club featuring PinkFresh Studio and some exclusive Hip Kit papers.

Christmas in July

I have so many Christmas photos that I haven't scrapped yet.  Now that my granddaughters are a little older, they don't get together at Christmas and  I don't get as many photos....so I'm going back to some photos from a few years ago and used a Hip Kit Club collection from a few years ago and pulling them all together.  I am using the fantastic July sketch from The ScrapRoom and a challenge from A Cherry on Top (Christmas in July).

Use Your Stuff - Challenge #273 - ABC123

This week's challenge is  to USE YOUR STUFF using ABC123

 

It's super easy, just use on your project:

 1 manufacturer starting with the letter A,

(at least) 2 Buttons

(at least) 3 Colors

 

For my A, I used multiple collections from American Crafts.

For B, I used two pink buttons along with some enamel dots.

For C, I used Pink, Blue (Navy & Light Blue) and some green.

Use Your Stuff - Challenge #271 - All Creatures Great and Small

The fun challenge this week is to use "All Creatures Great and Small" - Create a project with an animal on it...it could be the photo, the DP that you use, or some sort of embellishment.

I chose to use a photo of my daughter, Andrea and her little dog, Willie on a bright sunny summer day riding down the river!

Welcome to my first card using a Sketch~N~Scrap card sketch.  A former co-worker just retired last week and I made this card for her to congratulate her on her new future.  I used some mixed media and then used a Vicki Boutin stamp and die for the butterfly.  Very fun technique (which I may need a little more practice....LOL!!).  http://sketchnscrap.blogspot.com/

Sketch N Scrap - July 1st Sketch #132

I am so excited and honored to share this sketch from Sketch N Scrap with you today.  It is my first as a member of the SNS Design Team.  I loved this sketch and knew I wanted to use photos of our recent trip to visit my hubby's family.  This is him with his two sisters. There were originally nine children and only these three remain.  I love them all so much.
