Since it is December and this sketch really put me in the Christmas mood, I decided to use photos of our granddaughters, Emma and Paige from 2010. We haven't had them together for Christmas in several years so these brought back sweet memories.
Unfortunately, I needed to make a sympathy card for a close neighbor who recently lost her husband. I'm so glad I had this beautiful sketch to use for her card. I hope you join us at Sketch N Scrap and share your take on this card sketch by Lisa Hidy.
It's hard to believe that it is already November. I used photos from last November celebrating my birthday (I'm not confessing to which birthday it was - LOL).

We have a great card sketch at Sketch N Scrap and since it is a very cold, rainy fall day here, I thought the rocking chair with the blanket was perfect.

Here it is September and it's back to school time! Our granddaughter, Paige has been back at Ole Miss for a few weeks. It's hard to believe she has started her junior year. She has made so many life-long friends and I am so happy to be able to document these memories for her.
This sketch from Sketch N Scrap was perfect to showcase these sweet photos. I used Maggie Holmes "Round Trip" and mixed media.

What a great card sketch - so perfect to use up some of those beautiful scraps you've been saving. I used Heidi Swapp and Vicki Boutin scraps and the stars are from Shimelle.

I loved this card sketch so much because I got to use some Vicki Boutin scraps and fussy cut two flowers also. I also used the "extraordinary" sticker which is also from Vicki Boutin.

I guess it's pretty obvious that I don't scrap chronologically since it's Spring and I'm scrapping photos from Fall two years ago. But Fall is my favorite time of the year because of the gorgeous colors.
I used Carta Bella Welcome Autumn and the fabulous SNS Sketch by Lisa Hidy for my creation.
At Sketch N Scrap we've got this awesome card that is perfect for using scraps or as in my case, 6x6 paper pads. The polka dots papers are from a 2016 paper pad from Lawn Fawn. Love all the bright colors. My sentiment and little flower are from Vicki Boutin.

This month's Theme is Sprigtime and Flowers. I used The ScrapRoom March Flavors of the Month Kit featuring Echo Park My Favorite Spring/Easter. I wish I had these forsythia bushes in my yard, but they are in the park across the street from my development. So when I go there for a walk, I can enjoy them and other spring flowers that are planted there.
I was in the mood for YELLOW since I'm hoping Spring is right around the corner. I used a Vicki Boutin stamp for my flower & leaves and sentiment and the papers are scraps from different collections.

A former co-worker's mother passed away suddenly this past Friday. I knew this sketch would be a perfect card to send to her to let her know I'm thinking of her during her time of loss. I used all Cocoa Vanilla.

This month's sketch was so easy to work with. I used the Simple Stories Hearth & Home Collection from The ScrapRoom which was perfect for photos of our granddaughter and her boyfriend visiting us while they were home for Thanksgiving break (both are in college).
