Scrap Our Stash July Sketch Challenge

Hello - we have a fun sketch over at Scrap Our Stash this month. The only extra requirement is to use star patterned paper and stars embelishments.  If you are anything like me, you'll have plenty in your stash to play along.  I used all Pink Paislee on my layout including the yellow doted paper from 2010!!!

Scrap Our Stash July What's My Challenge

We have a fun challenge for you this month at Scrap Our Stash and I hope you come join us.  There are so many possibilities for this challenge.

I chose the word "Home" and a picture of the corner of our house.  The sky was so incredibily clear and bight blue that day.

My stash items are H(hearts), O (One Canoe Two fussy cut flowers), M (mist) and E (enamel dots).

Sketch N Scrap July 5th Card Sketch

Welcome to the first card sketch of the month at Sketch N Scrap. I embossed my base cardstock with a Vicki Boutin embossing folder  For the rest of my card I used two older collections from Simple Stories - We are Family and Domestic Bliss. 

Sketches in Thyme July 1st Sketch

What a fun sketch with all those fun stars.  This gave me a chance to use my favorite Vicki Boutin Let's Wander stamps and dies.  Our knit group usually gets together before Christmas for a fun activity amd then we have lunch and knit.  Last year our good friend, Linda couldn't join us since she is battling lung cancer.  We went to this cute candle making shop in Skippack and made candles, ordered pizza from next door and spent the rest of the afternoon chatting and knitting.

Today we have another sketch by our newest sketch artist, Stacy.  I found the perfect old Daisy D's papers to use with this photo of my daughter's chickens that I took a couple of weeks ago while visiting them.
