Since being on the SNS Design Team, I've been getting much better at making cards. In the past, I would really struggle but using these fabulous card sketches makes card making so much easier.

Scrap Our Stash Saturday Cartoons Challenge

Welcome to another fun challenge at Scrap Our Stash.  This month's Saturday Cartoon Challenge is a fun one!  Instead of using three small photos, I cut squares from a Simple Stories Sunshine and Blue Skies paper.  I cut my mixed alphas title on my Silhouette.  My "Family" theme is the family vacation we took at the Maryland shore.

This week at Sketches in Thyme we have a fabulous sketch by sketch artist Bev Code.  I used some photos of a family celebration at the Melting Pot which was the first time hubby and I were there and it was so much FUN!!

A Cherry on Top August Guest Designer

I am so super excited to be the August Guest Designer at A Cherry on Top.  I have five challenges on the Message Board and I hope you come join for a chance to win a $5 Gift Certification from ACOT.

I used Pinkfresh Studio "Just a Little Lovely" and Pink Paislee "Indigo & Ivy" for my samples.

My First Challenge is a Sketch Challenge using a fantastic sketch from Sketch N Scrap.

My second challenge is a "Now and Then" Challenge using current photo(s) and photo(s) from the past.

My third challenge is to use different sized photos on one layout.

My fourth challenge is to use a photo(s) showing multiple generations (I used four).

And my fifth challenge is to create clusters on your project.

Sketch N Scrap August 1st Sketch #182

Wow, it's hard to believe it is already August. Today we have a brand new sketch from Lisa Hidy at Sketch N Scrap.  I used family photos from this past Easter and my papers and embellishments are from American Crafts Shimelle and Vicki Boutin.
