Scrap Our Stash - July Blend-A-Sketch Challenge

I'm so exited to be sharing my first Blend-A-Sketch Challenge as a member of this fantastic Design Team at Scrap Our Stash. I had so much fun with this challenge. I stacked the photos like the first sketch and used the vertical column of patterned papers like the second sketch. I included the little banners from each sketch and I used lots of sequins from my stash!!

 

 

 

Sketch N Scrap Card Sketch #126

Use Your Stuff - Challenge #321 Birthday

This week's challenge at Use Your Stuff is to create a project about Birthdays!! I pulled out a photo of my granddaughter Emma's birthday party from 2012.  She will be turning 17 this November!! I used Simple Stories "Let's Party" for this layout.  I think it's still one of the best birthday collections ever.

Sketches in Thyme - Sketch #331

This week at Sketches in Thyme is a fabulous one by Bev Code.  I used an older Fancy Pants collection called Happy Place and used photos from our recent trip to Nashville to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.  We had the absolute best dining experience at Etch and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville. Use Your Stuff - Challenge #319 Monochromatic

This week's challenge at Use Your Stuff is to create a monochromatic project.  I chose the color PINK and used an older photo of my granddaughter, Emma celebrating her birthday in 2005.  It's hard to believe that she will be turning 17 this November.  I print the photo in black and white because I thought a B&W pic would go with the monochromatic theme better.  I hope you come join us at Use Your Stuff and play along!

Sketch N Scrap - Sketch #156

The first day of July means a new sketch from Sketch N Scrap.  I used this fantastic sketch designed by Lisa Hidy to scrap some photos of my granddaughter, Paige and some of her friends attending their recent prom.  I am trying to use up some older stash (to make room for newer stash!) and used an older Francy Pants collection called Happy Place.  I hope you come play with us at SNS for a chance to win a fabulous prize.
